Shipping Charges

A flat shipping charge of Rs. 300 applies to orders below Rs. 6,000.

Orders of Rs. 6,000 or above qualify for FREE shipping across Pakistan.

Delivery Time

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days and delivered within approximately 3–5 working days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan where supported by our courier partners. Customers are requested to provide an accurate phone number and complete delivery address when placing an order.

Order Confirmation

Ayla Zahra may contact customers by phone or WhatsApp to confirm an order before dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be held or cancelled.

Delayed or Unsuccessful Delivery

Courier delays may occasionally occur. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel at the provided address. Additional delivery charges may apply if an order needs to be dispatched again due to an incorrect/incomplete address or unsuccessful delivery attempt.
